Comprehensive Drug Testing, Inc. (“CDT”) is a Third-Party Administrator (“TPA”) based in Irvine, California.  CDT has been providing drug and alcohol testing services for more than 30 years.  Today, CDT manages drug and alcohol testing nationwide for private companies, government agencies, and sports organizations.

CDT has worked with Western Line Constructors and its Members for more than 15 years.  CDT administers DOT and non-DOT testing programs for the Members, including random pool management, pre-employment testing, reasonable suspicion testing, post-accident testing, scheduling, and reporting.

In addition to drug and alcohol testing services, CDT offers employee training services, advisory services, and background screening services.
